How do I order in Dayfresh?

Using Dayfresh mobile app, add your favorite items to the cart, choose a delivery location & prefered delivery time, make payment and place your order.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No! There is no minimum order amount. However, we cheer you to shop more to save more!

Can I order frozen foods and other foods that need to be kept cold or warm?

Yes! We will shop for and deliver your items with the same care that you would. Special attention is paid to items that need to be kept cold or warm. We will make sure to get them to you quickly and safely!

Where do you deliver?

We currently delivery all the areas in Bangalore. We will be soon expanding to other cities.

What if the store is out of something that I ordered?

We will contact you to see if you would like a substitute item!

Can I add items to my order after I have placed it?

You can talk with our customer support team to add item. Our support team will updates the cart and gets the items for you.

How can I see the status of my order?

After you place the order, you can check your order details on My Orders menu, And also we will send you the notification on every status updations.

Do I need to be home at the time of delivery?

Yes, Please do not schedule a delivery during a time window in which no one is home to receive the delivery. If no one is home at the time we deliver your order, we will call your mobile phone to ask for options on how to complete the delivery. Should this occur, any perishable items in your order could be damaged, so please make sure someone is available to receive the order

Dayfresh Wallet is a credit pocket which is associated with your Dayfresh account in which the gift amount and refund amount both are added.You can also add amount to your wallet for later usage. You can use this wallet for order items.

Yes, You can update your basic information exept Mobile number.
